Belize Bound!

My nephew, Isaiah Joseph Clancy, was born on Dec 16 in Hawaii! The last few weeks of training zipped by here in Jamaica and on Dec 20 we officially began our outreach phase. We spent the weekend of Dec 20-21 hosting a Christmas party for the homeless here on campus and participating in a street church service. This past week consisted of visiting a jail, celebrating Christmas and lots of prayer and worship. Now, God has finally opened a door for a group of us to buy tickets for Belize, 4 or 5 of our girls (including myself) will be leaving Jamaica on Dec 30, spending a night in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and one in Cancun, MX, then busing it to Belize on Jan 1. I am very excited about what this new year holds and am looking forward to starting it out by serving God in Belize. Our ministry will include spreading the gospel through dance and drama, teaching various art forms in the community, serving on the local YWAM base, etc. I appreciate your continued prayers for safe travel, the finances our team still needs, the best possible flights for the rest of the team, and that God would prepare the way for us in Belize. Thanks for everything and Happy New Year!

PLEASE PRAY!

I am coming to the end of the training portion of my School of Performing Arts and preparing for the outreach phase, where my group plans to travel to Belize. We have been running into all kinds of financial and visas difficulties and I ask that you would stand with us as we continue to believe that all things are possible with God!

Answer Me!

Last week we studied song production and actually go to record songs we wrote (in groups of three)! God gave my group a song called "I Know You'll Answer Me!" which we shortened to "Answer Me!" It was so amazing how God led us to write this song based on things that we have been through and things that He has been teaching us.

Some of the lyrics:

"I was in darkness trying to hide, wrestling with this feeling inside, is there a place where you cannot see the broken pieces inside of me?"

"My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness."

"You broke these chains and set me free, shattered the walls inside of me."

"As I seek your face I know you'll answer me..."
